The tour is a continuous alternation of sea and mountain areas, with several stops, including a short swim in an organised area. We begin the route on the coast overlooking the sea, which is framed by a spectacular play of light and colour ranging from the blue of the sky to the green/blue of the sea, with a brief stop at an evocative viewpoint in front of Serpentara Island.

Leaving the coast, we travel along an off-road track characterised by an important difference in height that will take us to one of the peaks where it will be possible to admire a vast stretch of coastline from Villassimius to Capo Ferrato. After leaving the mountain, a refreshing stop at one of the most famous beaches "Cala Sinzias" awaits us, where it will be possible to bathe.

After the sea again, we head inland to the Borgata di Castiadas, famous as a symbolic place where the history of the area is shaped. A typical Sardinian snack will be served in an picnic area inside the Sette Fratelli state forest, in the shade of holm oaks. We conclude our excursion with another off-road passage on the Capo Boi promontory overlooking the sea.
