Which is the difference between a private tour and a small group tour?On a small group tour, you (your group) will travel with other people who have booked the same experience for the same day. The private tour only includes you (your group) and the guide (or driver).

We are a small group. Should we do a small group tour?Yes, of course. You can join the experience in a group tour with some others, or you can ask for a private tour just for you and your group only.

Do your guides speak English?Yes, they do. All of our tours are in English.

Can the tour be done in another language?Yes, our guides can speak other languages, i.e. Spanish, German, French, Italian of course, but in this case you need to check the availability to the booking office for a private tour.

I have food allergies/dietary requirements. Can i join any food&wine tours?Yes, you can. We only ask you to let us know in advance.

Are your tours suitable for LGBTQIA+ travelers?Yes, we accept and welcome those who identify on the LGBTQIA+ community. We don’t tolerate any form of discrimination or violence (verbal or physical).

Can children join any tour?Yes, if the ticket is available while you are booking.

Is departure always guaranteed?Every small-group tour is guaranteed with a minimum of 4 participants.

Is it possible to customize a tour? How does it work?Yes, in this case our booking office will assist you to customize the tour and the experience under you need, but it is available only for private tours.

We are travelling with our dog: can we bring him to the tour?We are happy to host your animal also, anyway, expecially for shared tours, we need to verify since other people might not agree in having an animal during the activity. Please send us an email at info@welcometosardinia.info to check.

How many participants are allowed on each tour?Every tour has a different capacity. The min. number of participants is always 2/4, while the max. number of participants depends on the type of tour and transport (if included). You can check the maximum capacity in the information box (tour page).

At what time does the tour start?Every tour has a different starting time. You can check the starting time of the tour in the note section (tour page).

Which is the meeting point?Every tour has a specific meeting point. You can check the meeting point in the information box (tour page).

I arrived at the meeting point but I can't find the guide. What can I do?Please, be sure to be at the exact meeting point. If you are, you can call the emergency phone number at +39 338 340 7589 and we’ll be glad to help you find your guide.

I have arrived in advance at the meeting point: can I start earlier the activity?Our guided activities are planned to start and to end at a specific hour, so it is not possible for us to anticipate the timings, especially for shared tours where other participants are going to join.

I have arrived late at the meeting point: where is the guide?If you arrive late and you do not see the guide, it might be that the activity already started as planned. In this case, it is not possible for you to join the tour, nor to receive the refund. To avoid this inconvenience, please inform us of your delay in advance, so that we can inform the guide and find a solution.

My mean of transport doesn't let me arrive in time for the tour: can I get a refund?Our cancellation policy do not cover delays caused by transportation issue, so it is not possible for us to provide a refund.

Can I have the phone number of our guide in order to call them in case of need?It is not possible to share personal details of our licenced guides and tour guides. In case of emergency, you can call us at +39 338 340 7589
