Wonderful pearls set in the cobalt blue of the Strait of Bonifacio, the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago are among the most popular destinations in Sardinia. We will head towards Spargi to stop in the beautiful Cala Corsara and begin a day full of swimming and excitement. Along the east coast of the island, we will see Cala Granara, Cala Soraie, Cala Connari, and Cala Ferrigno, where we can swim in their turquoise waters. The journey continues towards Budelli to admire the famous Pink Beach and dive into the calm, transparent waters of Porto della Madonna, also known as "the Budelli pools." Here, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, fish swimming around the boat, and sandy seabeds with crystal-clear waters, we will enjoy a rich aperitif featuring typical local products, accompanied by fresh and abundant Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Next, we stop at Razzoli and its Cala Lunga, where we can admire the striking granite formations sculpted into unique shapes by the famous Mistral wind. Passing through the “Passo del Topo,” we will head to Cala Santa Maria, the largest bay on the island of the same name, for another refreshing swim in its turquoise waters. We will then enter the port of Cala Gavetta in La Maddalena, characterized by its charming old houses. To conclude this incredible day, we will stop at the Island of Santo Stefano and Cala di Villamarina, a stunning yet little-frequented bay of the Maddalena Archipelago. Here, at the end of an exciting day, we will enjoy one last swim. Those looking for adventure can take a short walk to the granite quarry, which was in use until the early 20th century, and see the imposing, unfinished stone-carved bust of Costanzo Ciano.
