Will the guide pick us up at our Hotel?

- On shared group tours you’ll have to meet your guide at the specific meeting point.
- On a private tour we can arrange a different meeting point, and we can arrange a transfer or pick you up at your hotel.

I book a shared group tour but there is still no minimum number of participants, how long before departure will I know if it will be confirmed?

We will contact you few days in advance, at least 1 day, just to inform you so we can assist you to change the tour date/time.

How can I know if the booking was successful?

Accepted Answer

The booking process is complete when you will receive our confirmation email with the voucher with all of the information about the tour and the meeting point.

Something unexpected came up. How can I move the tour?

You can write us an email to info@welcometosardinia.info and our booking office will assist you to move the tour.

I can no longer participate in the tour but I have found a replacement. Do I have to inform you?

Yes, please. You can write an email to info@welcometosardinia.info including the booking reference and the details of the replacement.

Do I need to buy travel insurance?

Your travel insurance is important for your trip, we have a public liability insurance as a tour company covering any accident caused by us and/or our guide.

What essential documents do I need to take?

For any other tour we don’t need any document, but we suggest you to bring with you a personal ID card.

Where can I store my excess luggage?

We don’t have a luggage storage.
