A traditional Sardinian dinner, featuring the live cooking of suckling pig at Poetto in Cagliari. Just steps from the beautiful sandy beach, guests will enjoy a full Sardinian menu: a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses, a traditional first course, roasted suckling pig with seasonal vegetables, and a typical island dessert. Water and ¼ liter of wine per person are included.
Typical menu includes: ham and sausage, pecorino cheese artichokes in oil, mustela goat cheese and pears, battered brain, snails in tomato sauce, culurgiones and malloreddus pasta, spit-roasted suckling pig with baked potatoes, ricotta-filled ravioli, water, cantina Santadi wine, coffee, mirto digestive.
